We exhibit and sell the work of about 35 Shenandoah Valley area artists and artisans. There's always something new at OASIS. Visitors are delighted by the quality, price and diversity of work. We are open 7 days a week, in the heart of Harrisonburg’s historic downtown and its Arts & Cultural District.
Since opening at our historic downtown site in October 2000, we have accomplished amazing things with a volunteer staff, a supportive community, and loyal customers. Thank you all for making OASIS possible!

Our Mission: 

Open for 26 years and counting, OASIS Fine Art & Craft is a non-profit artist cooperative where members work together to inspire, connect, showcase, and sell original artwork. OASIS, which is an acronym for "Our Art Space in Shenandoah", makes art accessible for our community with a convenient downtown location.. Not only do we provide a space for local artists to show and sell their work, but we also inspire the community with public art shows and First Friday events. We also participate in downtown events with activities for all ages and community art offerings to bring color and creativity to the downtown scene. With hard earned grant funding, we offer free art education opportunities and participate in local outreach programs to make art accessible for all.
