"Lucy Frances Simms" tells the history of Lucy Simms, a Harrisonburg resident who started life as a slave and became a favored public servant. She spent nearly six decades guiding generations of African-Americans in the Harrisonburg and Rockingham County area. This book was written by Dale MacAllister; our copies are also signed by him.
