The OASIS Community Mosaic has been installed! Thank you to the City of Harrisonburg
for supporting this project and giving it a home. Come see the finished mosaics by the Water Street parking garage along Black's Run.
What a fabulous accomplishment we achieved together! Thanks to the thousands of people who participated!! When this project started who have conceived that we would have this amazing testament to OASIS and our commitment to community and art!
